Emy is the Director of the Instructional Technology Department at the Fresno County Office of Education and oversees both the Fresno County Instructional Technology Services and Regional California Technology Assistance Project. Emy has worked with FCOE since 2004, and prior to that worked in the Central Unified School District for 5 years as an English and history teacher. As a teacher, Emy co-coordinated a laptop program that was funded through the Enhancing Education through Technology federal grant, and taught a 7th and 8th grade 1:1 laptop program. In 2 years, her students saw a dramatic 10% proficiency increase in language arts standards, attendance rates, and overall motivation to learn. Emy credits her students' success to the tech-integrated curriculum that made learning the content standards meaningful, accessible to all learning styles, and fun. When fulfilling her CTAP Region 7 duties, Emy actively advocates at the state level on behalf of educational technology access, programs, and funding for the region's 134 school districts. Emy holds credentials in English and Administrative Services, a Masters degree in Education, and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.

Brian is an Instructional Technology Coordinator for the California Technology Assistance Project in Region 7. Prior to CTAP, he taught in the classroom for 10 years in grades ranging from 4 - 8. He later became the district's GATE coordinator and worked with teachers and students on using technology to enhance engagement and to promote learning. Since joining CTAP, Brian has served as the liaison to the California State Educational Technology Srevice's Ed Tech Profile and CLRN, and is a current board member for the Central Valley's Computer Users in Education committee. His passion involves demonstrating how technology can change the way that we think and teach. Brian has a Bachelor of Art's degree in Liberal Studies from CSUF and is currently finishing his administrative credential in an online program through National University. In his spare time, Brian enjoys geocaching with kids and mountain biking. Work and school limits his riding status to weekend warrior.

A lover of words both print and electronic, Brigeen Radoicich has been a high school teacher, a high school library media teacher, a district librarian, and is now an educational consultant focused on reading comprehension and information literacy. She believes that today's students need to learn web 2.0 literacy skills, and understand cyber-safety as a part of their k-12 education. She enjoys books and blogs, and actively incorporates them into her teaching practice. Brigeen has a masters degree in Education, a CLAD credential and a Library Specialist credential.

As a Educational Technology Consultant for the ITS team, Mark Hammons primarily focuses in assisting teachers in Fresno County integrate technology into their curriculum. Mark recently became a Google Certified Teacher... the first in Fresno County, and is happy to spread the good word of Google to everyon in Fresno. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from California State University, Fresno. He enjoys teaching Percussion to local high school students when he isn't helping ITS keep the beat with emerging technologies. Prior to his arrival at FCOE, Mark spent three years as a Consultant for Accenture, a global management consulting firm.

Dan is an Educational Technology Consultant in the Instructional Technology Department at the Fresno County Office of Education. He works with educators throughout Fresno County on the integration of technology into the classroom as well as assisting districts with technology planning and leadership. Dan is a web development and design fanatic.

Ronnie has been with Fresno County Office of Education for a total of 8 years. She begin in the Safe and Healthy Kids Department as a Paraprofessional before holding her current position as a Library Technician in Instructional Technology / Library Services.
As a former Library Technician of 6 years for Fresno Unified School District and former Afterschool Paraprofessional for 5 years, Ronnie knows just how important literacy is. Ronnie has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of children throughout Fresno County, and she truly believes that if you can’t read, you can’t succeed.
Ronnie knows just how important it is to have a good education and that it is never too late to start. Ronnie is currently a full-time student, working towards her degree in Library Technology. In the future she plans to obtain her Teacher Librarian Service Credential.

Judy Tsujioka is truly a book lover and reads books from many different genres. Her favorites are mysteries and YA novels. Judy has a B.A in English from California State University, Fresno and plans to continue her graduate studies in Library and Information Science in the future. She has worked at FCOE for three years and before that worked as a state content standards calibrator for Dataworks Educational Company. Judy is passionate about spreading the joy and benefits of reading with students and adults. Her personal and professional goal is to make libraries and literacy a top priority in all the schools in Fresno County and to offer assistance to teachers in gathering resources to enhance their curriculum.

Anisha has been with Fresno County Office of Education for a total of 8 years. She worked for 3 years at the Front Desk and moved into a position in the Safe and Healthy Kids Department as a Staff Secretary for the After School Program for 2 years. She has worked for 3 years in her current position as a Administrative Assistant I in the Instructional Technology/CTAP Department. Anisha serves as a primary point of contact and liaison between management, personnel, district & county contacts, superintendents, teachers, and students. Anisha’s technology appreciation has evolved over the past few years. She enjoys using Google Tools to enhance her productivity and effectiveness at work and at home. Anisha knows that success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful. In the future she plans to continue her education and obtain a degree in Liberal Studies.

Delaine recently joined Team ITS as a Digital Media Specialist, assisting with the FCOE Portal, Ed Tech Profile, and professional development. She brings years of experience of web and custom software design and management, including grant administration. While at FCOE, she's had the pleasure of working in Special Education and Curriculum & Instruction, English/Language Arts. A life-long learner, Delaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fresno. She will begin a graduate program within the next year.
