This is the first part of a series of three episodes helping districts in the grant writing process. Kristine Belcher was a former categorical program manager and director of a federal small learning communities program at Hoover High School. Currently, she is Roosevelt High School's Vice Principal. Kristine presents her knowledge in gaining an insight in finding financial resources to implement new and innovative programs to help students achieve at higher levels.
